Big strides.

Guys, I finished three IG tanks today. Very very rewarding feeling. Painting the Land Raider now, that will be the pick of the bunch and receive care. I intend to keep going until the LR is finished and then take pics of all of them, the Venerable Dreadknight that is yet to be properly photographed, and of course the whole army now that this insanity has really reached a quantity best described as such.

This may have to wait until after my trip, but we shall see.

Working on four tanks factory style. Nothing exciting to show yet, but after this weekend I have either finished all the boring stuff on all of them - ie. all base colors and it's time to bring them alive with sense of scale and material and narrative, OR finished one or two of them all the way. :) and then it should be time for proper pics.

July 11th - the D-Day

My window for painting mayhem is drawing close. Starting next thursday, I will have the evenings and weekends for myself for three weeks and intend to "finish the army" to well over 2000pts.

I have 5 tanks and three new marines to paint and will be posting regular updates.
