Quick hello,
Working on four tanks factory style. Nothing exciting to show yet, but after this weekend I have either finished all the boring stuff on all of them - ie. all base colors and it's time to bring them alive with sense of scale and material and narrative, OR finished one or two of them all the way. :) and then it should be time for proper pics.
Good to see you progressing Migs. Just a quick thumbs-up (again) for that wonderful table of yours. Even in these progress-pictures it helps create a great atmosphere.
ReplyDeleteThanks mate, any chance we see some update on your floating MC sometime soon?
Delete*sigh* Beautiful, beautiful desk.
ReplyDeleteYou could easily set up a separate blog for your desk obsessives/furniture fetishists, Migs. I'd happily just look at a photo of it every day.
DeleteHow do you keep your work area so clean?
ReplyDelete;)
and yes - awesome desk!
Well, the desk is not only beautiful, but damn useful, with all those compartments for paints, inks, tools, brushes... everything sort of packs itself and keeping things become a joy when the setting is beautiful.
DeleteMade some good progress today. Very very excited to eventually share them. A mixture of realistic weathering, Rhisienne drab palette, with sparks of color and that distinct second edition after taste ;)
ReplyDeleteMigs, what did you use for masking the Land Raider?
ReplyDeleteTamiya masking tape. It's easy to cut and has the right adhesive quality (stick well , but without leaving stickiness)
